Typically a Foreman, Construction Manager, Project Manager or higher.

Contract-to-Hire

Candidates are recruited, screened, submitted, and employed by Skyhawk Wireless

All costs of employment, such as payroll taxes, workers compensation, etc., are included in our hourly bill rate.

Bill rate range is established based on the position. We then negotiate the candidates pay rate internally.

Candidates can be brought on to project or be let go at any time at the discretion of client managers.

Candidates are eligible to be hired after 135 days for no fee.

If candidate is hired before 135 days, the buy out fee is 12% of the yearly salary

Candidates can be kept on contract longer than 135 days with no set time limit or buy out fee.
Contract

Payroll

Candidates are recruited, screened, and submitted by the client, but employed by Skyhawk Wireless.

We cover all employment expenses.

The client sets the technicians pay rate, and we then establish our bill rate based on this number.

Technician can be hired at any time with no buy out fee.
Tower Climbing Recruitment

Skyhawk Wireless recruits, screens, and submits the candidate to the client for the interview process.

If hired, the technician is put directly on the clients payroll.

Skyhawk Wireless is then paid an hourly rateĀ for each hour the technician works.
